Richard R. Rice

Born in Fullerton, California, has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton, California, with an emphasis in Labor Relations Management. Mr. Rice’s Juris Doctorate degree was received from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

As an attorney, Mr. Rice has been an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Midwest City, an Associate with a large insurance defense firm in Oklahoma City, and the owner of his own law office.

Mr Rice was appointed by Gov. Keating to the Oklahoma Public Employees Relations Board, and now serves as a Mediator for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Mr. Rice serves his community as a City Councilman, and is also an adjunct professor teaching law related subjects to MBA candidates.

Mr. Rice is licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, all three federal districts in Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Rice practices employment law, discrimination law, business and contract law, criminal law, and personal injury. Back
